I wonder if all thoughts need to be taken into consideration. I imagine the horrible ones, the ones telling you to do something bad or ugly, you should probably disregard. Or perhaps you shouldn’t. Because instead you can try to understand where this horrible thought is coming from. And it can help determine if something needs to change. In any case, I’m talking about the day to day thoughts, the small ones we have about every second in our day. The smallest ones that seem so inconspicuous.
Sometimes I write them down, these thoughts. But there are days when I don’t. And they get lost.
